Soccer school for girls

YOUNG female footballers can try out for the only girls soccer school of excellence in North Derbyshire.

The centre offers a 36-week course with training twice a week by former England under-17 coach Jane Haslam.
Trials will be held on Thursdays on June 19 and 26, and on July 3 and 10, at Tupton Hall Sports College, Station New Road, Old Tupton in Chesterfield, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm . They are open to girls aged eight to 16 and living within an hour of the club.
Successful participants will be invited to a player and parent introductory workshop and offered a contract with the centre. To register call 07720 889 661.
